Mother Earth Vegan Hotel is located in one of the most nature-rich countries on the planet – Costa Rica, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches in Tamarindo!

Being the first eco-friendly vegan hotel in the country, sustainability is rooted deeply in everything that the hotel does. Energy is generated through the use of solar panels, whilst the water conservation system turns grey water into useful water for the plants around the hotel.

Mother Earth Vegan Hotel use only bio-friendly cleaning materials, saltwater to keep the pool clean, and even use natural mosquito protection throughout the property with the use of mist!

The hotel’s restaurant – Off The Grid – serves a delicious 100% plant-based menu. Dishes are made with seasonality in mind and are full of colours, nutrients, and flavours from around the world. You can find anything from baked goods, to chilled dishes, to grilled dishes.

Guests can choose from two room types – Double rooms which provide two large double beds, or King Rooms which come with one large king-size bed. All rooms are equipped with a private terrace, an en-suite bathroom and rain shower, organic and bio-friendly bathroom products, along with a desk, TV, and minibar!

Being situated in Tamarindo brings a wide array of activities and opportunities for travellers! The nearby beach – Playa Tamarindo – is along the most popular coastline in Costa Rica. Its pristine waters provide excellent snorkelling and surfing opportunities. On land, visitors can enjoy mountain hikes, zip lining, and jungle walks!
