Janbeck’s Fairhouse

Welcome to Germany’s north coast, when you can enjoy a sustainable stay right next to the beach at Janbeck’s Fairhouse.

Janbeck’s Fairhouse aim to be better than simply being an organisation who minimises environmental harm. The hotel looks to generate and create more than it takes! This is done with solar energy and thermal power, to generate all electricity around the site. Excess energy is then stored in batteries, or used to charge electric vehicles.

The hotel also has its own water treatment system, and all water used for toilets is recycled through their reusable system. All hot water onsite is heated using solar energy, meaning nothing but the sun’s heat is used to generate warmth.

The cafe serves 100% vegan food that is created freshly in their kitchen using many homegrown ingredients, along with locally and seasonally sourced produce. The breakfasts are always varied to give you a range of different, vibrant healthy dishes each morning!

In the surrounding area, guests can visit the beach, beautiful lakes, and take stunning hikes or bike rides through nature – a perfect escape into the fresh air.

Guests can choose from a range of rooms, from simple 2 person rooms to 4 person apartment-style rooms with own kitchen. All rooms come with a private bathroom, wooden metal-free beds, a TV and free WiFi to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
