As the first certified ClimaHotel, energy is generated through solar panels and thermal recovery systems to reduce the negative impact on the planet. Thanks to intelligent use of resources, the CO2 emissions per guest at the hotel are approximately 6-10 times less than at a conventional hotel!

The restaurant serves entirely organic, vegan and vegetarian dishes, created to delight the palets of all guests. The Mediterranean menu is created with local and seasonal ingredients, many of which are freshly picked from the onsite gardens.

All 57 of the hotel’s rooms are designed and built with sustainability at heart. Locally sourced sustainable wood has been used to build the beds and furniture, with no metal parts, and entirely natural organic mattresses and sheets.

The hotel features a wide range of relaxing amenities including outdoor furniture, yoga, spa, and sauna. Plus, guests can enjoy a pool and breakfast, which have made this a popular choice among travellers visiting Gargazzone.
